Responsibility
- Provide detailed information about course offerings, schedules, and benefits to prospective students.
- Conduct consultations (in-person, phone, or virtual) to assess student needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Achieve and exceed enrollment targets through effective sales and relationship-building strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote courses through local events, social media, and partnerships.
- Address student inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed advice.
- Assist in organizing open houses, webinars, and other recruitment events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or consulting roles (education sector preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to drive enrollments.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a part-time capacity.
- Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students achieve their goals.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
