Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Agroniche's seed and crop nutrition products in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and distributors.
- Provide expert advice on crop management, seed selection, and nutrition solutions to enhance productivity.
- Conduct field visits and demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness of Agroniche's products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Bali market.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Participate in agricultural exhibitions, seminars, and training sessions to represent Agroniche and expand your network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural sales, crop consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of seed technology, crop nutrition, and sustainable farming practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of Balinese is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about contributing to the agricultural sector.
