Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional distribution strategies to maximize market penetration and sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and logistics partners.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely product delivery to meet demand.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of distribution professionals to achieve performance targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align distribution efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on distribution performance, challenges, and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management, sales, or supply chain operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and distribution targets in a regional role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CRM software).
- Ability to travel within the assigned regions as needed.
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry and distribution best practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
