Responsibility

  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, key account management, or modern trade (retail/FMCG preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and pivot data analysis.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
