Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s footprint in international automotive markets.
- Identify, engage, and convert high-potential clients, including distributors, dealers, and OEMs.
- Negotiate and close lucrative contracts with global partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, product) to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Strong experience in international sales, export/import, or global market development.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships across cultures.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required (up to 30%).
