Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in target industries to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of IEP’s solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing to secure profitable deals.
- Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new accounts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position IEP as a market leader.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and report on pipeline activity to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the technology, industrial, or B2B sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex product features and benefits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and occasionally internationally as required.
