Responsibility
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to identify and engage potential clients in the logistics and container industry.
- Develop and execute social selling strategies to generate leads and expand the company’s digital footprint.
- Perform market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry developments and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in telesales, B2B, or international markets.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients professionally.
- Proven track record in social selling, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to a multicultural work environment and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
