Responsibility
- Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
