Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the dealer network in Bali.
- Identify and engage potential dealers through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new dealers.
- Negotiate and finalize dealer agreements to ensure mutual benefits.
- Provide training and support to dealers to enhance their performance.
- Monitor dealer performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless dealer onboarding and support.
- Prepare and present regular reports on dealer network growth and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or dealer network management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
