Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students to assess their academic goals, interests, and needs.
- Provide personalized advice on course selections, career paths, and educational opportunities tailored to each student.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-ups, engagement, and trust-building.
- Convert leads into enrollments by effectively communicating the value of our programs and addressing objections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and target potential students through outreach campaigns and events.
- Track and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and student feedback to refine strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, program offerings, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations.
- Represent Koding Next at education fairs, webinars, and networking events to promote our brand and services.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales or consulting experience, preferably in education, ed-tech, or a related field.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Passion for education and student success, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic data analysis for tracking performance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
