Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth in Bali’s competitive healthcare market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
- Oversee the creation and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build strategic alliances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and build client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
