Responsibility
- Market and sell Taspen Life insurance products to individuals and businesses in Bali, tailoring solutions to meet diverse client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service, regular follow-ups, and personalized financial consultations.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance coverage and explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly and transparently.
- Process new policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Assist clients with claims processing, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth and timely resolution.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to ethical sales practices and company guidelines.
- Participate in training programs, sales meetings, and industry events to stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques.
- Leverage digital tools and social media platforms to expand your client base and enhance your professional presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is preferred, but not requiredâcomprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
