Responsibility

  • Drive sales of automotive spare parts, lubricants, and tires to dealerships, service centers, and individual customers in Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on product selection, ensuring their needs are met with the right solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through consistent performance and strategic planning.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in spare parts, lubricants, or tires.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive products, including spare parts, oils, and tires, with the ability to provide technical advice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
