Responsibility
- Prospect and acquire new customers for Sharia-compliant Hajj Savings (Tabungan Haji) products in Bali.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and tailor outreach strategies to meet their financial needs.
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and Sharia compliance of our Hajj Savings program.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-ups, consultations, and personalized service.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to ethical and halal business practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for Hajj Savings products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in Islamic finance.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Islamic Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition, preferably in banking or Islamic finance.
- Strong understanding of Sharia-compliant financial products, particularly Hajj Savings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics and Muslim community preferences is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is advantageous.
