Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential merchants (retailers, restaurants, hotels) in Bali to adopt QRIS Soundbox payment solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of digital payment systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Provide post-sales support, including training merchants on system usage and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in digital payments.
- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and community outreach to expand market presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in fintech, payment solutions, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital payment systems (QRIS, e-wallets, POS) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for business purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
