Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our fintech solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in Bali.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in fintech or financial services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of financial products and digital payment solutions.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is preferred.
