Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for major appliances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and clients in Bali.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, preferably in the major appliances or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and existing retail networks is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
