Responsibility
- Represent Hustle Institute at education roadshows, fairs, and corporate events in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our educational programs to potential clients and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, training centers, and corporate clients to drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies for roadshows.
- Gather market feedback and insights to refine product offerings and sales approaches.
- Manage client inquiries, proposals, and contract negotiations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position our solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (education sector is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for roadshows and client meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for education and a desire to contribute to meaningful learning experiences.
