PT Yuu Electrical Tech, a leading provider of electric vehicle solutions, is seeking a dynamic B2B Field Sales Representative to expand our presence in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with dealers, corporate clients, institutions, and communities across the region.

As part of our growing team, you will have the opportunity to promote innovative electric vehicle solutions while contributing to a sustainable future. This contract position offers a competitive salary range of IDR 4,000,000 – IDR 5,500,000 per month, along with the chance to work in one of Indonesia’s most vibrant markets.

Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, corporate clients, and institutional partners in Bali.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in local events and exhibitions to promote company products.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
