Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for premium wellness products.
- Conduct personalized consultations and product demonstrations to educate clients on benefits and features.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Host engaging showroom presentations and events to attract high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through follow-ups, feedback collection, and tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in Bali’s wellness industry.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to track performance and optimize strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in wellness, luxury, or retail sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and customer data effectively.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings or events.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
