Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali and surrounding regions by leveraging technical knowledge and market insights.
- Develop and present tailored technical-commercial proposals to potential clients, highlighting value propositions and ROI.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and technical solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and prospects.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and ongoing client engagement to ensure long-term success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a techno-commercial, sales engineering, or business development role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of technical products/solutions with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, business-oriented terms.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
