Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the merchant network in Bali and surrounding territories.
- Identify, engage, and onboard new merchants, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective merchants.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless merchant integration and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques to remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the merchant services or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market needs and tailor solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
