Responsibility
- Identify, engage, and convert B2B clients (dealers, corporations, institutions, and communities) to drive sales of LUMIO’s electric vehicles and energy solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to secure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in Bali’s EV and renewable energy sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent LUMIO at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Track and report sales performance, market feedback, and competitive intelligence to the management team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, renewable energy, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of electric vehicles, renewable energy, or sustainability is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
