Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand BOLDe’s market presence in Bali and Central Java (Semarang, Kudus, Pati, etc.).
- Identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while providing accurate forecasts and performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Represent BOLDe at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client retention and referrals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or distribution sectors.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—able to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently to Central Java (50-70% of the time).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Existing network or familiarity with Bali/Central Java’s business landscape is a plus.
