Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales promotion strategies to increase product visibility and market penetration in Bali.
- Lead and mentor a team of promoters and sales staff to ensure high-performance standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, distribution, and retail teams to align promotional activities with brand goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the region.
- Organize and oversee in-store promotions, sampling events, and trade activations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, budget guidelines, and promotional standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on promotional activities, ROI, and market trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or promotional leadership, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through effective promotional strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
