Responsibility
- Identify, evaluate, and acquire strategic sites in Bali to support Freshtel Internet’s expansion goals.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess site viability and alignment with business objectives.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with landowners, property managers, and local authorities.
- Collaborate with legal, technical, and finance teams to ensure compliance and smooth acquisition processes.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential sites, prioritizing high-impact locations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform site selection strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on site acquisition progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and community leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or infrastructure sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local regulations, zoning laws, and permitting processes in Bali.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial models.
