Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales of Maxicare’s healthcare solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in Bali.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of Maxicare’s products and services to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Maxicare’s product portfolio to provide informed recommendations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in the healthcare, insurance, or service industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
