Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the client base for CCTV and security access control systems in Bali.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including businesses, government agencies, and integrators.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the security solutions sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide post-sales support, including training and troubleshooting, to enhance client retention.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in security technology and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in CCTV, security systems, or access control solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of security system technologies, including IP cameras, biometrics, and access control software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
