Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for healthcare service subscriptions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, hospitals, clinics, and individual customers in Bali.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate the value of Maxicare’s healthcare products and services through compelling pitches and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand Maxicare’s brand presence.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to retain clients and foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or B2B services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
