Responsibility
- Engage with prospective Australian students via phone, email, and chat to promote online education programs.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead conversion and follow-up strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated on program offerings, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Handle objections and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (education sector is a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
