Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage potential clients in Bali’s growing business landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the local and regional markets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand the company’s visibility.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Open to candidates with no prior experience—training will be provided for the right attitude and aptitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic understanding of sales principles or a keen interest in learning business development.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is a plus.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace (training available).
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Bali or to other regional hubs as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
