Responsibility

  • Develop and implement field sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate and manage field sales activities, including client visits, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field sales, sales coordination, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
