Responsibility
- Handle incoming enquiries from clients, architects, and contractors regarding non-metallic building materials (marble, granite, quartz, tiles).
- Promote and present product catalogs, samples, and technical specifications to potential customers.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations tailored to client requirements and project scopes.
- Negotiate terms, follow up on leads, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including developers, designers, and distributors.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product launches to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings to expand the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or interior design.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Deep understanding of non-metallic materials (marble, granite, quartz, tiles) and their applications in construction/design.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia for client meetings.
