Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing recruitment sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand our client base in key markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to maximize profitability and ensure mutual success.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in recruitment sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive recruitment or staffing environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and client retention.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
