Responsibility
- Identify and target potential users for JIFF APP through market research, cold outreach, and digital channels.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sign-up targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the app’s features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive user acquisition.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and app updates.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing reports and insights to optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and user feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure user satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, business development, or user acquisition, preferably in the tech or mobile app industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of mobile applications and digital platforms.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and pivot strategies as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
