Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali’s public and private healthcare sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and key decision-makers to drive product adoption.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
- Deliver persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting benefits and value propositions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized sales materials and promotional strategies tailored to the Bali market.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and market dynamics in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
