Responsibility

  • Manage and follow up on inbound and outbound leads to identify sales opportunities.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to align sales strategies with brand messaging.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including conversion rates and revenue targets.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings in Bali.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bali.
