Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in Modern Trade (supermarkets, hypermarkets) and Food Service sectors.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic account planning and execution.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market share in Bali.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with clients to maximize profitability and volume.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, supply chain) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, client meetings, and industry events to promote the company’s portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in Modern Trade or Food Service.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s retail and food service market is a strong advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
