Responsibility
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to the sales manager.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to continuously improve sales skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development (internships or entry-level roles are acceptable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
