Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the urology segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics to promote Sometech’s urological products.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for potential and existing clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns tailored to the urology market.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional connections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. A background in medical or pharmaceutical sales is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, preferably in urology or a related specialty.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of urological products, treatments, and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and travel as required within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are advantageous.
