Note: This is a full-time position based in Bali, Indonesia. Work permits and relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidates.
Responsibility
- Administer IV therapy and vitamin infusions under medical supervision, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Assist physicians and aesthetic specialists during non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including laser treatments, injectables, and skin rejuvenation therapies.
- Provide pre- and post-procedure care, including patient education on treatment expectations, recovery, and aftercare instructions.
- Monitor patients during and after treatments to identify and respond to adverse reactions or complications promptly.
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols to ensure clinic hygiene and safety.
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each clientâs aesthetic goals and medical history.
- Document patient records accurately, including treatment details, progress notes, and follow-up recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in aesthetic nursing through continuous education.
Qualifications
- Active nursing license (e.g., Indonesian Nursing License or equivalent international certification).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine.
- Certification or training in IV therapy, aesthetic procedures, or cosmetic nursing is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and emergency protocols in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in patient care and documentation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
