Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of healthcare branches in Bali and other assigned regions to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory compliance across all branches.
- Manage inventory and stock levels, including procurement, distribution, and tracking of medical and operational supplies.
- Lead and mentor branch teams, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute regional business plans and growth initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Handle administrative tasks, including reporting, documentation, and coordination with headquarters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams across multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on process optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or operational management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively and relocate as needed within Indonesia.
