Responsibility
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of population health programs and initiatives in Bali.
- Analyze health data and metrics to identify community health needs, risks, and opportunities for intervention.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve health outcomes, reduce disparities, and enhance access to healthcare services.
- Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and healthcare providers to align programs with local and national health priorities.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting for population health projects to ensure efficiency and accountability.
- Train and mentor a team of health professionals and support staff to deliver high-impact programs.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance using KPIs and adjust strategies based on findings.
- Represent NHG Population Health in stakeholder meetings, conferences, and public forums to advocate for health equity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Epidemiology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in population health management, public health programming, or healthcare administration.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful health interventions or community health programs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau) and health informatics systems.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare systems, policies, and cultural contexts is a plus.
- Outstanding communication skills in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
