Responsibility
- Provide high-quality patient care in Polyclinic, ICU, OT, or Inpatient Ward settings, adhering to clinical protocols and best practices.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress, maintaining meticulous medical records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, providing critical interventions in high-pressure situations (especially for ICU/OT roles).
- Uphold strict infection control, hygiene, and safety standards in all clinical environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent; active nursing license in Indonesia (STR & SIP).
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in Polyclinic, ICU, OT, or Inpatient Ward settings (Senior Nurse: 5+ years preferred).
- Proven expertise in patient assessment, emergency response, and critical care (for ICU/OT roles).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and nursing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Certifications in BLS/ACLS, ICU, or surgical nursing are a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and continuous professional development.
