Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and organize pharmacy inventory, including stocking and labeling medications.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and offering guidance on over-the-counter products.
- Process and maintain patient records with confidentiality and precision.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the point-of-sale system for prescription and retail sales.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and pharmacy standards.
- Prepare and package medications for distribution to patients or healthcare facilities.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining a clean workspace.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Pharmacy Assistance or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for managing inventory and patient records.
- Familiarity with local healthcare regulations and pharmacy practices in Indonesia.
