Responsibility
- Provide compassionate and professional assistance to patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ health, behavior, or needs to healthcare professionals.
- Assist with basic medical tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medications (under supervision), and wound care.
- Support patients in maintaining personal hygiene and comfort in home or day care settings.
- Engage patients in light physical activities or therapeutic exercises as part of their care plan.
- Document care activities accurately and maintain confidential patient records.
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and family members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety in all care environments.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Basic proficiency in English (additional local language skills are a plus).
- Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and perform light lifting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as needed.
