Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of nurses and healthcare staff to maintain high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and administrative teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans.
- Monitor inventory, medical supplies, and equipment to ensure seamless clinic operations.
- Conduct regular staff training and professional development programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Stay updated on healthcare trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license and registration in Indonesia (or eligibility for registration).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to dynamic healthcare settings.
