Responsibility

  • Lead and oversee continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and service quality across all clinic branches.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with clinic managers and staff to identify process gaps and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to assess the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices, new processes, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and data trends to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication to align improvement initiatives with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, operations management, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive organizational growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
