Responsibility
- Lead and oversee continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and service quality across all clinic branches.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with clinic managers and staff to identify process gaps and recommend actionable solutions.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews to assess the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices, new processes, and quality assurance protocols.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and data trends to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to align improvement initiatives with business objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in continuous improvement, operations management, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and drive organizational growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
