Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Manage and organize pharmacy inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and offering medication guidance.
- Process insurance claims and handle billing procedures with precision.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Prepare and label medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Operate pharmacy software and maintain digital records for seamless operations.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the pharmacy workspace.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Pharmacy Technology or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Assistant (1+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medication safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
