Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring adherence to medical protocols and regulatory standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of medical service.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans for clinic growth and service expansion.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and budget management.
- Foster strong relationships with patients, local communities, and healthcare partners.
- Stay updated with medical advancements and integrate best practices into clinic operations.
- Handle patient escalations and resolve complex medical or administrative issues.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (Doctor of Medicine or equivalent) with a valid Indonesian medical license.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record in clinical operations management, team leadership, and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
- Experience in laboratory or diagnostic services is a plus.
